Too much of a good thing is a bad thing. Bad thing will always be bad.

Eating is good. Too much eat makes u obese. Sleeping is the best recovery. Too much sleep just makes you more tired. Smoking is bad. It will always be bad no matter how you smoke it. Smoking weed is even worst. Weed is baad baad ass. Haha!

*Although none of these have to do with what im actually thinking.

Me having ITBS (iliotibial band syndrome) is just something that happened un expectedly. ITBS is not fun. It is a bad omen for a runner. A starting of a bad career for an athlete. A stressing period for a sports enthusiast.

What is ITBS???Wiki states"The continual rubbing of the band over the lateral femoral epicondyle, combined with the repeated flexion and extension of the knee during running may cause the area to become inflammed".
This is not me.

Being a single digit IQ creature, I simply put ITBS as a shitty pain in the knee caused by a muscle rubbing the knee bones. This causes "kaw-kaw" pain that makes you just wanna chop off your leg and never look back.

I do this now to stretch pre & post run.

Trying to relate back to the main topic, I think too much training is bad for guy with ITBS as his parasite. In the other hand, not training is a baaad baaad idea since I need to sum up loads of mileage and build extra endurance before my 100km Sundown Ultramarathon. Considering all of these factors. I decided to be more laid back in my training. Balancing between too much of training and under-training is hard. Plus, somewhere in the back of my head I know that it is wrong. There will never be too much of training for a 100km Ultra.

Sooo..to conclude. I skipped training today. XD XD XD XD

This has nothing to do with ITBS. Found this when googling for ITBS pictures. I simply thought this chic is hot! Anyway, this is what I do to stretch my IT Band.

*Googling is officially a word. It is in oxford dictionary. Bootylicious is also an official word. No thanks to Beyonce.

  2. Thanks bro! - Finished the race in 13Hours.

I was reasonably fast to reach the first 50km mark; 5:05Hours. But waited for my friends there for 45 minutes which is a bugger =p
*I didn't eat throughout the race, which is a wrong strategy. As a result, I had to walk nearly 90% between checkpoint 70km & 80km because I ran out of energy & food to burn; I was shivering while run/walk-ing. Got a glass of coffee @ 80km mark and I can run much better =) aaand I finish (in style) .... ┐( ˘_˘)┌

Anyway, this was in June 2011. I do think I can do much better now =)
